El negocio de las nuevas tendencias del arte chino contemporáneo

As China is one of the leading positions in the world’s art field, and the price of Chinese arts is also among the highest of the world, here our aim of our project is to present you two of the most expensive Chinese artists, Cui Ruzhuo and Wu Guanzhong.

Cui Ruzhuo

Cui Ruzhuo nació en Beijing en 1944, nacionalizado en los Estados Unidos en 1981;  profesor en la Academia Central de Artes, Oficios y Bellas Artes; obtuvo el grado de doctor honorario  en bellas artes de la Universidad de Nueva York Dewey. Regresó a China en 1996, vive en Pekín y ahora es tutor de doctorado en el Instituto de Bellas Artes de  China.

Cui es famoso por revivir la pintura tradicional china con la técnica de usar los dedos en  vez de brochas, mencionada por primera vez durante la dinastía Tang.

Cui, es conocido por sus imágenes de flores, pájaros y paisajes, ha llamado la atención internacional por los valores récord de sus trabajos en subasta. Son pinturas con tinta diluida, pinturas realizadas con los dedos y caligrafía.

  • Las pinturas realizadas con el dedo hacen referencia a visiones únicas del paisaje, cada una es diferente y cada una representa el mundo a través de una fusión de la realidad y la imaginación del artista. Es representativa la contribución de Cui en el género de la pintura moderna china en general. Pintar con los dedos era un modo único de dibujo y pintura en la pintura china tradicional, y apareció ganando impulso en la época de la pintura de tinta en la Dinastía Tang, y fue continuamente en desarrollo hasta la Dinastía Qing.
  • Cui combina la utilización del pincel en agua con la utilización de los dedos. El uso de cepillo es común y dicta una cierta función genérica, sin embargo, el uso de los dedos es único y también permite mucho cambio.
  • El uso de las diferentes partes de los dedos, Cui logra expresar los flujos y reflujos de los ríos, la grandeza de las montañas, la indisciplina de los bosques, manteniendo al mismo tiempo el uso distintivo de los dedos de una cacofonía de formas.
  • Cui utiliza al máximo la estrechez de su dedo meñique para crear golpes bruscos, dentados, mientras que emplea la redondez de su dedo pulgar para infundir el papel con tinta y la humedad.
  • En cierta medida, el éxito de su pintura con los dedos radica en el hecho de que muchos espectadores no reconocen.
  • Pintar con los dedos se remonta a las raíces y permite al artista «sentir» su creación, para conectar el corazón con su mente, traduciéndola en sus dedos y expresándolo en papel.

吴冠中  Wu Guanzhong (Aug 29,1919-Jun 25,2010)

Wu Guanzhong was a contemporary Chinese painter widely recognized as a founder of modern Chinese painting. His artworks had both Western and Eastern influences, such as the Western style of Fauvism and the Eastern style of Chinese calligraphy. His claim of “Nationalization of Oil Paintings and Modernization of Chinese Paintings” has high reputation in the worldwide. Here we will introduce 4 pieces of works that are among his most expensive works.

1.    长江万里图 Yangtze River Miles Chart (1971-1972)

Yangtze River Miles Chart had an auction of 149.5 million RMB (19,9 million euros) in Beijing on 19, November 2011. This oil painting has a length of 509 cm and a width of 22.5 cm. Wu had broken the two-dimensional plane of the painting, and created a perfect combination of time and space with the Chinese traditional hand-rolled way of painting. Wu shows his superb Western painting skills, and the work is considered as his career monument by other art historians.

 

2.   北国风光 Northland Scenery (1979)

Wu’s work 北国风光 had an auction of the price of 30.24 Million RMB (4 million euros) in the autumn of 2009. The painting has a length of 160 cm and a width of 71.5 cm. The work shows a perfect combination of the Northern Territory and nature scenes. The mountain pine forms the basic structure of sign of the work; the Great Wall, trains and reservoirs scatter the magnificent scene of northern China. It’s also a brilliant product of both Western oil painting and Chinese spirit.

 

3. 周庄 Zhōuzhuāng

Precio: 2亿RMB， 200 millones de yuanes

《周庄》创作于1997年，作品长148公分、宽297公分，画面以黑、灰、白三种颜色为主，并以简单的点、线、面的元素组成。因此，对于研究吴冠中创作脉络和风格，《周庄》具有重要的学术价值和地位。 在《周庄》中吴冠中表达了对于古镇风貌的永恒刻画。

“ Zhouzhuang ” fue creado en 1997 , la obra tiene 148 cm de largo , 297 cm de ancho, la pintura posee tres colores principales:  negro , gris y blanco. La composición elemental son simples puntos y líneas. En la obra“ Zhouzhuang ”, el pintor muestra el entendimiento que tiene en su etapa avanzada sobre los antiguos pueblos chinos.

 

4. 《狮子林》 shīzi lín

Precio: 1.15亿RMB, 115 millones de yuanes

狮子林为苏州四大名园之一, 它独特的形貌给了吴冠中创作抽象画的最初灵感。狮子林既有传统中国画之气韵，又有西方绘画之形式趣味。

El “Bosque de los Leones” es uno de los cuatro jardines más famosos de Suzhou, la topografía única del “Bosque de los Leones” dio inspiración original para la creación de la pintura abstracta de Wu Guanzhong. Esta pintura posee tanto la pintura artística tradicional china, como características de la pintura occidental.
